圣经诠释（biblical interpretation）是解释圣经、阐明 圣经的一项任务，它也可以说是一门学问，甚至是一 种艺术。认真研读圣经的基督徒需要掌握基本的圣 经诠释法，而这本书的方法论是按照圣经的不同文 学形式（literary forms），各别分析与解释不同的处理方式，目的是引导读者有技巧地辨明与掌握圣经不同书卷的内容。本书的两位作者是马来西亚神学院的旧约与新约的讲师，她们按照旧约和新约的不同文体类型（genre），带领读者有干练地诠释圣经的信息。

About the Series: The STM Series is the publication of Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM) and Armour Publishing, Singapore. The format of the STM Series follows the successful SPCK series known as the International Study Guides (ISGs) or its earlier predecessor, the Theological Education Fund (TEF) series. The STM Series publishes books under various subsections namely, Biblical, Theological, Historical, Missions and Pastoral. These books are intercultural and contextual in approach and are written mainly by the lecturers and friends of STM. Although these books are written to cater to a wider public audience, scholarship and relevance to contemporary local issues are addressed.
