Non-refund, Non-return Policy & Exchange(s)

All order(s) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange(s) is/are on a case-by-case basis. Armour reserves the right to reject any exchange claim.
  • The value of the item(s) exchanged for shall not be less than order value. Customers are required to top-up the difference if the value of the item(s) to be exchanged exceeds the order value.
  • Exchange(s) is/are only done at our warehouse.
  • Item(s) to be exchanged must be in new/unused and original condition with price tag attached and packaging intact.
  • Item(s) to be exchanged must be in sellable condition, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • Item(s) that are bought under sale/promotion are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Free gifts that are included in the order must also be returned as well.
  • Once the packaging is opened/unsealed, we are unable to accept any exchange.
  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

Defective/incorrect/missing item(s)

We strive to ensure your order(s) is/are well-packed with bubble wrap and/or boxes. However, from time to time, order(s) do get damaged due to handling and shipping by delivery partners. If the product(s) received is/are defective, please email us at sales@armourpublishing.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will then advise the replacement procedures accordingly.

If your order is incorrect or missing, please reach out to sales@armourpublishing.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will advise you accordingly.

Upon successful review of each case, we will endeavour to ensure that we make good the order. In the event of an unsuccessful outcome of the review, we reserve the right to reject any unreasonable and unjustifiable claims.
