Synopsis
The Composition Writing for Primary 5 book is designed to expose students exclusively to the new PSLE Continuous Writing syllabus, which differs from the 3-picture format they are used to in the lower primary years. The radial planning grid provided gives students space to plan and organise their work before starting on their writing. This book includes:
- Ten illustrated new-syllabus format composition exercises
- Ten new-syllabus format composition exercises using photographs that stretch students' creativity
- A radial planning grid to help students organise their stories
- Suggested compositions at the back of the book led by actual students
"The Composition Writing for Primary 5 book is best used in conjunction with My Creative Writing Companion to widen the scope and vocabulary of writing for each student."
