Even before financial planning became a buzzword in Singapore back in the early 1990s, Lilian Ng was already in the business of advising people on how to manage their financial resources. A business graduate of the then University of Singapore (now National University of Singapore), Lilian’s 30-year career in the financial industry spans banking, stockbroking, insurance and fund management. She has also fulfilled her dream of being a freelance journalist beginning mid-1990s. Lilian is married and has two grown-up children.
