About the Authors

Dr Michelle Chang Ker Xing heads the curriculum team at an enrichment centre specialising in the use of S.O.A.R. Methodology. She graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in NUS with a PhD in biomedical science. She has almost twenty years of private tutoring and classroom teaching experience at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.

Ms Blyss Chang Jia Xin designed the S.O.A.R. Methodology used in the book. She graduated from NUS with a degree in life sciences and obtained a Master’s degree from Macquarie University. She has been conducting private tuition for more than fifteen years and had facilitated science enrichment programmes in government schools.

Mr Jerry T is an experienced science teacher of more than ten years. He obtained his PDGE and Master of Education (Science) from NIE. He has presented at several international education conferences. He received the Star Award in Singapore’s SPRING Excellent Service Award (2012).
