What if one’s tomorrow never comes? Just ponder.

Ten years ago, on 19 December 1997, 104 lives were tragically lost when SilkAir flight MI185 crashed into the waters of the Musi River in Palembang, Indonesia. Most of those who perished had probably never contemplated such an untimely end to their lives. Their “tomorrows” never came. This disaster together with the author’s heartrending encounters with bereaved individuals and families have raised many questions about life.
