In 1955, Felicity Foster-Carter arrived in Singapore to teach Scripture and do pastoral work in mission schools. Over the years her work expanded into welfare until she was appointed to manage firstly an Anglican and then an inter-church welfare organization. Felicity’s life is full of adventurous encounters in Singapore and Sarawak.
