About the Author
Rachael graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts with a Diploma in Higher Education in Theatre and Performance Studies and holds a diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She also holds a Diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology.

As a mother and an educator, Rachael believes that each child has a unique learning style and great potential. Her love for children and teaching has led her to choose teaching and writing for children as a career.

With 10 years’ teaching experience, Rachael has spent eight years writing curricula for Primary level students. She currently works in LoveKids, an English enrichment centre, as a teacher and a curriculum writer. She also works very closely with Primary level students from their tailored Student Care Programme, particularly with the upper primary students, arming them with techniques on how to ace English for PSLE. A firm believer that EQ + IQ = success, Rachael incorporates EQ Skills into every lesson plan written by her at LoveKids.
